Update about Sakka Rituals

Sakka Nankana rituals are scheduled to be observed in Gurdwara Janam Asthan Nankana Sahib from 18 to 25 February 2021 with main function on 21 February 21 where CM Punjab will be the Chief Guest. Total 725 visas were issued by Pakistan High Commission, New Delhi to cross over today. However India refused to allowed them.

PSGPC and ETPB has completed all necessary arrangements and kept waiting at JCP Wagha to recieve their Sikh brotherns from India but returned heart broken.

Pardhan of Pakistan Sikh Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee, Sardar Satwant Singh along with other members of Sikh Community stagged a protest demonstration
at Wagha against India for not allowing the pilgrims to visit Pakistan and condemned the Indian behaviour with Sikh Community in India.

While addressing a press conference at Gurdwara Dera Sahib Lahore, PSGPC appreciated Pakistan Government on giving special permission to Indian yatrees and said that all minority communities are enjoying equal rights in Pakistan. They came hard on Modi led government, commiting worst atrocities against Minorities in India.

They also hailed Pakistan government on opening Kartarpur Corridor to facilitate the Sikh pilgrims and demanded that Indian should allow yatrees to visit Kartarpur via corridor.
